You may exchange or return your footwear within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

Items must be new, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Shoes that show any signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or return.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHIN UKRAINE

Create an easy return through the Nova Poshta app and send the item back to us.
Send us the return tracking number via Instagram or Telegram, and we will arrange either a replacement pair or a refund.

* Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Refunds are not available for international orders. However, you may exchange the size within 14 days of receiving your order.
